£50M Pre-Series A investment strategically allocated to accelerate dLCAF™ commercialization

Pilot Production

  • Build ~20 t/day pilot plant at University of Sheffield's TERC
  • Produce first batches of dLCAF™ for testing
  • Generate test data for regulatory submission

Months 1-6

Flight Demonstrations

  • Launch demo program with 1-2 airline partners
  • Measure contrail reduction (target: >50%)
  • Secure binding offtake MOUs covering ~1 Mt/yr

Months 4-12

Refinery & Certification

  • Negotiate Lindsey Oil Refinery acquisition
  • Complete ASTM certification by end of 2026
  • Prepare for Series A/B funding in 2027-28

Months 7-18

Outcome: Validated product, committed customers, and acquisition-ready project paving the way for Series A/B funding
